Medical Missions Outreach in Kenya

I would like to share with you about a Medical Missions Outreach team that is in Kenya with the Madory's right now. I would ask that you pray for them as they are there ministering to the people and being an encouragement to our missionaries. I have been following the news from some of the people that are there right now and am including those post below along with a few pictures from the team. If you would like more information about this ministry please visit their website here and you can also follow them on Facebook at Medical Missions Outreach. (pictures below are from Medical Missions Outreach facebook page - check out the rest of the album here)
"The whole team is in Kenya safe and sound! Came to Amboseli for a safari yesterday and have enjoyed seeing the beauty of God's creation! Pictures coming soon!"
"Today is the first day of clinic for our team. Please pray for us as we minister to the people here, and try to be a blessing to this church. Also, pray for our surgical team as they set up in our new location. We are excited about starting this week of service off!"

"What an amazing day! It was super hot, dry, and windy, but the patients showed up in the hundreds! We are still totaling all of the numbers, and we are amazed at how God blessed."

"Our surgical team did a few small cases today and will start more complex cases tomorrow. We also will be opening a dental section tomorrow, too. Thank you for your support!"
"After counting all of the triage forms, we treated 380 patients on the first day of clinic. What's best is every single one of them heard a clear Biblical presentation of God's redemptive love for them! It is 6 am here, and we are preparing to go back again. We will post a video of today's clinic when we return!"

"This was a great~ wonderful~ exhausting day in Africa! Who gets to spend the day with their husband and two sons~ telling folks about the Lord~ and then see them lead men to Christ? I did! Praise His Name!"
"Back from our second day. It was hot and dry again, but that did not deter the people from coming out! We had our clinic, dental, and vision team working at full speed, and we were able to treat over 625 patients in all! Our surgical team was also able to perform 6 cases at a local clinic! We are also thankful to report that 41 people trusted Christ as their Savior! What a day!"
"Another great day! The medical team saw over 1000 patients in the last 2 days! We passed out over 1000 tracts and and more than 50 souls have been saved! It has been hard~ Satan has fought us~ tried to stop us~ but we have preached Christ!"
"Just made it back from the third day of clinic. It was a great day! We moved to another small village named Matasia, and had a great turn out. We will be working there again tomorrow. As soon as we count up the totals, we will let you know!"

It has been exciting to follow how God has been blessing their efforts on this trip. Please pray for the rest of their time that many more people can be helped and souls can be reached! Pray that even as they come to have their physical needs met that their hearts would be open to hearing the truth of the Gospel that can meet their most important need - their spiritual need of salvation. "For what shall it profit a man, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul?" Mark 8:36

I hope your New Year has gotten off to a great start! And I hope you have made a goal to be a light to more people this year (I have a post about this coming soon hopefully...just need time to think it all out!)

Have a Wonderful Week!
